Ferrari come stabilimento: la realtà industriale di questa marca non sempre è compresa nella sua giusta dimensione da chi non ha avuto la fortuna di visitare lo stabilimento di Maranello (e quello complementare di Modena per le carrozzerie dei nuovi modelli).

Lo stesso ingegner Enzo Ferrari, quando viene invitato a recarsi in visita da questo quel personaggio, suole rispondere che preferisce siano gli altri a venire a Maranello, perché in tal modo, oltre a conoscere lui, portranno vedere come si lavora e cosa si fa alla Ferrari.
Nelle pagine che seguono si è cercato di guidare il lettore in una vista ideale a questa fabbrica, per molti versi unica nel suo genere.

Ferrari as a factory: the industrial reality of this Company not always is understood in its right dimension by the people that have not had the luck to visit the Maranello factory (as well as the one in Modena where the bodies are built and the Pininfarina in Turin where the shapes for the new models are designed).

Engineer Enzo Ferrari himself, when invited to go meeting any of the big personalities, usually answers that he prefers that people come to Maranello, because besides meeting him they will see how they work and what they do at Ferrari.
In the following pages an attempt is made to guide the reader in an ideal visit to this factory, in many aspects unique.

Started life as a supplement to Motor Italia in 1984, Ferrari Story developed to a standalone and mature annual magazine in 1995 until it's demise in 2009.
