4Auto Train to the U.S. Grand Prix

James Crosby

We are sure that many of you have seen the newspaper and T.V. ads in the past few years about the D.C. to Orlando Auto-train and wondered if it would be workable with a Ferrari and just how comfortable the trip would be. Let me put your mind at ease at the outset and say that it is a really great way to travel.

The summer meet was held at club member Bruce Hamilton's home in Baltimore, Maryland in July 17, 1977. The meet was attended by members and their families and friends from all over the region.
The fall meet was held in October 23, 1977 at club member Ron Spangler's place of business, Forest Hill Airpark. Ron sponsored a superbly catered luncheon/dinner that was one of the best examples of Maryland seafood I have had.
