The German edition of Ferrari World Magazine started publication in 1991 and heavily borrowed articles published earlier in the English edition of the publication. In later years more and more dedicated German content was added, specifically covering Ferrari Owners' Club events in German speaking countries. In 2015, when Ferrari World Magazine had been in publication for over 26 years, the factory Ferrari SpA in Maranello forbade the title an the publication was continued as to 'Maranello World'.
