Ferrari Mondial 8
A new Pininfarina design to replace Bertone's 308 GT4 which continued the thinking of the 2+2. It had a more spacious driver's compartment and a more complete range of standard equipment, such as air conditioning, electric windows and leather-lined interior.
The Mondial name returned on a four-seater that replaced the 308 GT/4, and was presented at Geneva by Pininfarina. Fuel injection, electronic ignition and, from 1982, a 240 bhp engine with 4 valves per cylinder.
