Ferrari F1-89 (640) formula one
A return to the naturally-aspirated engine, with 5 valves per cylinder and a sensational electro-hydraulic gearbox which was copied by every-one. It debuted in Brazil with Nigel Mansell, and won, but inevitably had teething problems.
