Ferrari 365 GT4 BB
The first production Ferrari with a mid-engine. It replaced the Daytona but it was even more powerful and faster; and indeed the first car to cross the threshold of a claimed 300 km/h.
The 'Berlinetta Boxer' entered production two years after the presentation of the prototype at the 1971 Turin Motor Show. It was designed by Pininfarina and built by Scaglietti. The position of the gearbox under the engine was particularly interesting.
