Ferrari 308 GTB vetroresina
Pininfarina does it again: a splendid design for a new car which combined the chassis of the Dino 246 with the engine of the 308 GT4 with a dry sump.
Initially the bodywork was experimental, made in fiberglass by Scaglietti for almost a year.
This two-seater Berlinetta designed by Pininfarina was the most successful Ferrari ever: over 12,000 were built between 1975 and
1985. The GTS version appeared in 1977; in
1981 an injection engine was adopted, and the Quattrovalvole appeared in 1982.
