Kept the Boano / Ellena chassis but with a different body, built in aluminium by Farina.
Lighter and more powerful, it was extremely successful in GT races. It acquired this (unofficial) name after winning the Tour de France 1956.

The lighter Scaglietti racing version of Ferrari's great car. Built with different types of headlights and roof fins, it was so successful in the Tour de France that it unofficially became known by the name of the race.
